Get ready to join your host Stephanie Moore in a fun and relaxed atmosphere, where sparks can fly faster than you can say "Cheers!" Encore is the perfect setting for connections with an array of classic cocktails and craft beers to keep the conversation flowing.

Here's what you can expect: the event will start at 5:30pm, giving time for the daters to arrive, grab a beverage, and get settled in before the dating part of the event begins. Expect lots of laughs, ice breakers, engaging questions & conversation prompts, with tasty bar snacks and cold beer on tap.

Once the hosted dating part of the evening arrives, each dater will have 5 minutes to chat with a potential match before moving on to their next date. There will be guided conversations, so you don't have to fret about awkward silences. Each dater is provided with a Compatibility Card to rate whether they'd like to meet up again and continue getting to know each other, or if the spark just wasn't there.
