Community Partnerships
Better Together
Communities don't become great by accident.
They're built by coaches who volunteer their evenings. Organizers who spend months planning fundraisers. Businesses that pitch in. Parents who drive. Volunteers who stay late.
At Encore, we believe those people deserve support.
Whether you're organizing a fundraiser, running a youth sports team, hosting a community event, or recognizing the people who make our town better, we'd love to hear about it.
Our Approach
We don't look at sponsorships as donations.
We look at them as partnerships.
Sometimes that means providing bowling experiences, gift cards, beer, merchandise, or prizes. Sometimes it's helping promote an event or finding another creative way to work together.
Whenever possible, we prefer to create experiences that bring people together while building lasting relationships within our community.
What We Love Supporting
Every request is unique, but we commonly partner with:
Community fundraisers and charity events
Non-profit organizations
School events
Youth sports and recreation
Festivals
Local sports tournaments
If you're doing something positive for our community, we'd love to hear about it.
The Best Partnerships Continue
Our favourite partnerships don't end when the event does.
Maybe your volunteers celebrate afterwards at Encore.
Maybe your team hosts their year-end banquet with us.
Maybe your fundraiser is held at Encore.
Maybe you're serving Encore beer at your event.
Every partnership looks different, and we're always happy to explore ideas that create value for everyone involved.
Before You Apply
To help us review your request, please submit it at least two weeks before your event whenever possible.
While we'd love to support every request, we receive many throughout the year and unfortunately aren't able to say yes to all of them.
Each request is reviewed individually based on:
Community impact
Alignment with Encore's values
Opportunities for a meaningful partnership
Our available community partnership budget
Existing relationships
